The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is seeking proposals for a contractor to manage its Wildfire Vegetation Management Program. The contractor will coordinate and execute fuel thinning projects to reduce wildfire risk, following Fuel Management Prescriptions developed by the RMOW's Wildfire Program Consultant. The contract term is from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, with an option to extend for one additional year based on budget approval. The scope and contract length may be adjusted depending on fuel thinning needs and funding availability.
