Description
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to submit an Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget requesting an extension of approval for the collection of information related to Waste Management Plans, Refuse Discharge Logs, Letters of Designation for Certain Persons-in-Charge, and Great Lakes Dry Cargo Residue Recordkeeping. This collection is necessary to ensure compliance with pollution prevention requirements for certain U.S. oceangoing and Great Lakes vessels. The Coast Guard is inviting public comments on this extension request as part of its compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
