Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is publishing a proposed deauthorization list of water resources development projects and separable elements identified for deauthorization under Section 301 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 as amended by WRDA 2024. The list targets projects no longer viable for construction due to lack of local support, resources, or relevance. The Corps is soliciting public comments on the proposed list for 90 calendar days before finalizing and submitting it to Congress.
