Description

This solicitation is for the extension of existing campus infrastructure at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College's North Campus. The work includes private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to support the expansion of the south end of the North Campus. The General Contractor will act as the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract and must hire Owner-approved subcontractors to provide all necessary support work for turnkey installation without additional funding by the Owner. Bidders must be North Carolina-licensed General Contractors with experience in highway, grading, and public utility construction, and subcontractors for grading or utility work must also hold valid North Carolina licenses and be approved by the Owner.
