The California Military Department is seeking a contractor to replace the existing CCTV security system and perform door repairs at Sunburst Youth Academy in Los Alamitos, CA. - Scope of Work: - Replace the current CCTV system with a new, NDAA-compliant solution - Install 77 cameras (24 dynamic, 53 static) across four buildings - Upgrade 25 access control points with badge access, lockdown, alarm notifications, and visitor management - Replace 6 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units (minimum 2-hour backup) - Replace 4 wireless bridge units and 4 wireless antennas for centralized monitoring - Repair multiple bay doors, double doors, and laundry room doors, including metal frames and locks - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, permits, and fees - C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor and/or C-10 Electrical Contractor license required - Mandatory pre-bid job walk - 5% Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal; small business participation encouraged - NDAA compliance required for all security system components - 12-month product and service warranty, plus 18 months of maintenance (including monthly checks for one year post-handover) - Government Buyer: - California Military Department, Office of the Adjutant General, Procurement and Contracting - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation
