Description
The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) is seeking qualified proponents to act as the Wildfire Vegetation Management Program Contractor. The contractor will coordinate and carry out fuel thinning projects according to Fuel Management Prescriptions developed by RMOW's Wildfire Program Consultant. The goal is to reduce forest fuel loads within the wildland-urban interface and landscape fuel breaks to prevent fire spread and facilitate firefighting.
