The project involves modernizing the centralized mechanical plant for hydronic space heating and domestic hot water to improve safety, efficiency, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The scope includes professional engineering consulting services, project management, and document preparation, including assessments, load calculations, schematic design, detailed engineering, specifications, procurement formatting, and bid leveling.
