Description

The Government of Canada, through Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Receiver General for Canada, is seeking proposals for providing Acquisition Cards (purchasing cards) from a Visa-issuing provider, a separate Mastercard-issuing provider, and potentially a third major card brand issuer.
