Ville de Sept-Îles is soliciting proposals for planned maintenance of controls and HVAC systems in multiple municipal buildings. - Scope includes: - Maintenance of air conditioning, refrigeration (excluding ammonia-based systems), dehumidification, boilers, and controls/automation for all buildings except the new arena - For the new arena: - Option A: Full maintenance of all electromechanical systems and controls (fans, belts, filters, humidifiers, air heaters) - Option B: Partial maintenance (same as other buildings) - Municipality may switch between full and partial maintenance for the arena each year - Contract terms: - 3-year or 5-year options (up to 60 months) - Future city hall is excluded and will be added later via amendment - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Work will be performed at municipal buildings in Ville de Sept-Îles, Quebec

La municipalité de Ville de Sept-Îles sollicite des soumissions pour l'entretien planifié des contrôles et des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation de certains édifices municipaux. Le contrat propose plusieurs options variant de 3 à 5 ans, incluant un entretien complet ou partiel du nouvel aréna. L'entretien couvre les systèmes de climatisation, réfrigération (excluant l'ammoniac), déshumidification, chaudières, et contrôles/automation pour tous les bâtiments sauf le nouvel aréna. Le nouvel aréna a des options spécifiques pour un entretien complet ou partiel, avec possibilité de changer d'option annuellement. Le futur hôtel de ville est exclu du mandat actuel et fera l'objet d'un avenant ultérieur.
