Description

The Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP) is soliciting bids for two independent components: business analysis and architecture work (Volet A) and integration architecture of solutions, functional and data (Volet B). Service providers may submit bids for one or both components if they have the required expertise, with separate and complete submissions for each. Submissions must be paper-based and delivered to the specified address; electronic submissions are not permitted. Only qualified service providers with an establishment in Quebec or applicable territories may submit bids, and no bid bond is required. The Ministry does not commit to accepting any bids, including the lowest compliant one.
