Description

This solicitation is a One Time Acquisition conducted by the California Department of Transportation, Division of Equipment for Qty 5 (five) Guard Rail Installer, Truck-Mounted in accordance with State of California Specification No. 04796-032-261 and all included drawings. The procurement will be awarded on an All or None basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all administrative and technical requirements, terms, and conditions of the solicitation. Bidders must submit bids on the State's own bid form and only emailed bids will be accepted. The solicitation includes provisions for protests and clarifications, with all technical questions to be posted as addenda on CALeProcure.
