Description
The Parish of Jefferson is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from additional persons or firms interested and qualified in providing Coastal Engineering and Consulting Services on an as-needed basis for miscellaneous projects throughout Jefferson Parish. The services include coastal restoration and protection such as marsh and ridge restoration, shoreline stabilization, beneficial use of dredge material, living shoreline design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, biological and environmental assessments, coastal grant writing, outreach, and educational support. Projects may also include supplemental services like surveying and geotechnical services. Compensation will be on an hourly or fixed fee basis with a maximum annual fee cap of $500,000 per project for the remainder of the three-year period ending April 5, 2028.
