Description
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERANTS, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, CONTROLS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, TOOLS, PERMITS AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE REPLACEMENT OF THREE HVAC UNITS, THREE INDOOR HANDLING UNITS AND FIVE THERMOSTATS AT THE LOCATION LISTED IN BLOCK 9 OF THE SF18 AND PER THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.
QUOTE SHOULD INCLUDE A COMPLETED SF18 (INCLUDING PRICE AND UEI) AND A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF THE QUOTE.
