This opportunity involves the U.S. Coast Guard's need for a complete replacement of HVAC systems at its Aids to Navigation Team Long Island Sound facility in New Haven, CT. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard (Department of Homeland Security) - Contracting managed by USCG Base Boston and Sector Long Island Sound - Products/Services Requested: - Replacement of 3 outdoor condensing units (R-410A or R-454B refrigerant) - Replacement of 3 indoor air handling units/fan coil units - Installation of 5 programmable digital thermostats - All associated labor, materials, equipment, refrigerants, electrical components, controls, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, and incidentals - Turnkey installation, including removal/disposal of old equipment, commissioning, and a one-year workmanship warranty - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must maintain existing heating system functionality and be compatible with current ductwork and hydronic heating - Compliance with all applicable codes, EPA refrigerant handling, and Service Contract Act wage determinations - Contractor must provide all commissioning, testing, and operational demonstration - Work to be completed within 30 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, during standard work hours unless otherwise approved - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified; open to any manufacturer meeting requirements - Quotes must include a detailed price breakdown and completed SF18 form

CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, REFRIGERANTS, ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS, CONTROLS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, TOOLS, PERMITS AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE REPLACEMENT OF THREE HVAC UNITS, THREE INDOOR HANDLING UNITS AND FIVE THERMOSTATS AT THE LOCATION LISTED IN BLOCK 9 OF THE SF18 AND PER THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK.  

QUOTE SHOULD INCLUDE A COMPLETED SF18 (INCLUDING PRICE AND UEI) AND A DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF THE QUOTE.
