The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking contractor support to expand and sustain its Ready Responder Program for public health emergency preparedness. - Government Buyer: - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Office of Readiness and Response (ORR), Division of Emergency Operations (DEO) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive program support services for the CDC Ready Responder Program - Senior-level project management, including a dedicated Senior Project Manager - Program planning and administrative support - Curriculum and training development, including at least 10 SCORM-compliant training modules per year (delivered in multiple modalities and meeting Section 508 accessibility standards) - Strategic communication and stakeholder engagement - Program and training evaluation - Optional support for operations- and discussion-based exercises (aligned with HSEEP) - Optional rapid ramp-up of emergency responder training during public health emergencies - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work is to be performed remotely; no onsite or travel requirements - Training modules must be SCORM-compliant and Section 508 accessible - Contractor must provide a Senior Project Manager and subject matter experts - Deliverables include curriculum, communications, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation plans - Optional tasks include exercise support and emergency training surge capacity
Description
The purpose of the contract is to provide continued support to the Office of Readiness and Response (ORR), including but not limited to the Office of the Director (ORR/OD) and the Division of Emergency Operations (DEO), in expanding, enhancing, and sustaining CDC’s workforce preparedness program. Building upon the established foundation currently in place. This new contract will ensure seamless continuity of operations while further evolving the program and training infrastructure to meet the agency’s preparedness and response goals.
