**This notice is for SEAPORT NXG MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC) HOLDERS ONLY and is an ANTICIPATED FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION SOLICITATION. ** This is a Pre-Solicitation notice in which NIWC Atlantic intends to issue RFP N6523626RE056 for Mission Engineering and Analysis Support. A VIRTUAL Pre-Solicitation Conference is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 9:00AM Eastern Time (ET) via Microsoft Teams. The link is provided in attachment below. The purpose of this conference is to solicit feedback on the draft documents. Questions and/or suggestions pertaining to these documents shall be submitted via email no later than Monday 25 May 2026 at Noon ET.
