The Department of the Army, through the 413th Contracting Support Battalion at Fort Shafter, Hawaii, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive catering services for Exercise Keris Strike 2026 in Malaysia. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army, 413th Contracting Support Battalion (CSB), Fort Shafter, Hawaii - Contracting office contacts: SSG Lucas Ladek and SFC Mandy Francisco - Products/Services Requested: - Full-service catering for U.S. government personnel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia - Meal types include: - Grab-and-go Bento Style meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner; Western, Malaysian, vegetarian options) - Buffet Style meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner; Western, Malaysian, vegetarian options) - Special Occasion Meals for holidays or events - Catering services include meal preparation, serving, delivery, and cleanup - Defense Base Act Workers Compensation Insurance required - Quantities & Delivery: - Specific meal quantities and schedules will be defined in individual task orders - Contractor responsible for all supplies, equipment, and labor - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Meals must comply with U.S. health and safety standards (GMP/HACCP certifications) - Compliance with both local Malaysian and U.S. regulations - Offerors must submit pricing in USD or MYR, a proposed menu, Food and Water Risk Assessment, and evidence of relevant past experience - Evaluation based on price, menu quality, FWRA, and experience - Period of Performance: - Base year (July 2026) with four option years - Main performance window: July 10–29, 2026 (with some references to July 1–30, 2026) - Locations: - Place of performance: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia - Contracting office: Fort Shafter, Hawaii - Additional reference: GUARNG Element, JF HQ, Barrigada, Guam (possible delivery or coordination site) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Catering Services in support of exercise Keris Strike 2026 (KrS2026)

The Period of Performance is 10-29 July 2026

Questions will be due in writing (email) by 1300 (HST) on 28 MAY 2026.

This solicitation will close at 1300 (HST) on 29 MAY 2026 any quotes submitted after this date will not be considered by the Contracting Office.

Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties.

This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
