Description
The U.S. Embassy in Riyadh requires the purchase of a new SUV to support mission operations. The selected vendor shall supply a vehicle that meets or exceeds the specifications listed in this Statement of Work (SOW). All equipment shall be new, unused, and compliant with local regulations and manufacturer standards.
SCOPE OF CONTRACT The vendor shall provide one (1) SUV meeting the following minimum technical specifications:

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Supply a new vehicle meeting all the above specifications. Provide manufacturer warranty documentation. Ensure delivery within the agreed timeline. Provide all registration, compliance, and standard documentation required under Saudi regulations (if applicable).
U.S. EMBASSY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide necessary purchase documentation and points of contact. Facilitate access and coordination for vehicle delivery. Review and confirm compliance of delivered vehicle against specifications.
DELIVERABLES
One (1) new SUV meeting all specifications listed in Section 2. Warranty documents, user manuals, and service booklet. Delivery notice and inspection sheet signed by both parties.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA The Embassy will inspect the delivered vehicle to verify compliance with all technical specifications. Acceptance will occur only after full inspection and confirmation that the vehicle meets contractual requirements.
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. When the solicitation is available, the Embassy of the United States in Saudi Arabia will post this solicitation on the System for Award Management’s (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov.
The Government intends to award a contract which meets all the solicitation requirements to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. All Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submission of proposal pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
