The U.S. Air Force's 22nd Contracting Squadron at McConnell Air Force Base is seeking a lease and service contract for a new FDA-approved hematology analyzer for the 22nd Medical Group Clinic. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Mobility Command, 22nd Contracting Squadron (22 CONS PK) - Place of performance: McConnell Air Force Base Clinic, Wichita, Kansas - Products Requested: - Hematology Analyzer (new, FDA-approved, auto-loading, capable of at least 75 CBC tests/hour, fits 18x26 inch countertop, supports adult and pediatric specimens, barcode/data reading, interfaces with MHS Genesis) - Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for up to 30 minutes backup - Reagents, consumables, calibration materials (including at least three levels of control material) - Services Requested: - Installation (including setup, method verification, and cleanup) - Preventative maintenance and repair (biannual scheduled, unscheduled repairs with 1 business day response, telephone support during business hours) - Training (on-site at installation, annual advanced operator training for one government employee) - Notable Requirements: - Analyzer must process at least 4,500 patient tests annually - Must fit within a specified countertop space - Must interface with MHS Genesis electronic health record system - Contractor must provide all necessary reagents, calibration, and ancillary products - Minimal downtime required for maintenance and repairs - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; all requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work.
