Additional Requirements:
The site must accommodate vehicles pulling trailers up to 40 feet in length by providing either a minimum outside turning radius of 50 feet (100-foot turning diameter) or a dedicated pull-through lane featuring at least 14 feet of driving width and 100 feet of unobstructed straight-line clearance. The site must accommodate 18 reserved parking spaces for government vehicles within a securely fenced area, plus an additional 44 unreserved surface parking spaces outside the fence for customers.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
