The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) is seeking quotations for the supply and installation of mixing valves and thermometers to ensure consistent temperature control in critical hospital areas. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service, Navajo Area - Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) - Products Requested: - Mixing valves: - Cast bronze body - NPT x NPT connections, 1 inch outlet size, 7-1/4 inch height, Cv 9.49 - Maximum operating pressure: 125 psi - Must comply with ASSE1017 and CSA B125 standards - Thermometers: - Lead-free dial, aluminum housing, 2 inch dial diameter, glass lens, brass stem (0.35 inch diameter), NPT male thread - Includes thermowell, 5-year manufacturer warranty, temperature range up to 250F/120C, pipe mounting - Services Requested: - Installation of mixing valves and thermometers, including piping, connections, system integration, leak testing, and manufacturer-required testing (to be performed by GIMC Facility Management) - Unique Requirements: - All equipment must be delivered within 6 weeks of award - Installation will be performed by GIMC Facility Management - Products must meet specific technical and compliance standards (ASSE1017, CSA B125) - Set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises - Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) - No specific OEMs or brands are named in the solicitation

Description

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Indian Medical Center, located at 1808 W. Aztec Avenue, Gallup, New Mexico 87301 has an upcoming requirement for mixing valves.   The period of performance is a base period of 3 months. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 332919 with a small business size standard of 750. 

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00168 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by 5/22/2026.  Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need and price.  Quotes will be due on or by 5/29/2026.  The acquisition is a Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set aside.

In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
