(Linde AMT), associated with Praxair-branded HVOF equipment - Products/Equipment Requested: - Praxair (HVOF) Thermal Spray Equipment, including: - JP 8100 (HVOF console): 5 units - 1264 (powder feeder): 4 units - PD 3200HP (powder feeder): 8 units - 9910i (arc spray machine): 5 units - PB 400 (arc spray machine): 1 unit - 6600C (Plasma Controller): 1 unit - PS1000 (Plasma Power Supply): 1 unit - Services Requested: - Annual inspection, maintenance, calibration, and certification of all listed equipment - Emergency/unscheduled maintenance with 7-day response requirement - Calibration certification/report submission within 2 days of service completion - Replacement parts supply (annual, not to exceed $10,000 in parts per year) - Notable Requirements: - Sole source justification for Linde AMT (Praxair OEM) - Strict adherence to safety, OSHA, and quality assurance protocols - Detailed reporting, documentation, and quarterly progress meetings - All work performed on-site at Hill Air Force Base - Period of Performance: - Five-year contract with annual service and maintenance deliverables - Emergency repairs within 7 days; calibration reports within 2 days of service - Place of Performance: - Hill Air Force Base, Utah (primary location for all services and deliveries)
