The U.S. Air Force, through the 502nd Contracting Squadron (502 CONS CL), is seeking a contractor for a design-build renovation of the Multi-Service Troop Facility B2263 at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. - Scope of Work: - Design progression submittals from 35% through Issue for Construction (IFC) - Full interior renovation of B2263 - Correction of interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovations - Installation of a standby generator - Site work and improvements - Compliance with historical building requirements, including review and approval by historical agencies - Contract Details: - Firm-fixed-price design-build contract - 100% set aside for 8(a) small businesses under NAICS 236220 - Estimated contract value between $25 million and $100 million - Performance period of approximately 786 calendar days, with work to begin within 10 days of award - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all plant, labor, materials, design, construction, installation, and performance per the Statement of Work - Submission of a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) with offers - No specific OEMs, brands, or part numbers are specified in the solicitation - All work to be performed at Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, with inspection and acceptance at the 502 CES CEG office

Description

This is a Design-Build project. Design scope shall include design progression submittals from 35% through Issue for Construction (IFC). Design shall cover the work required to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263), correct interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and various site work items. The building is classified as historical, so shall require review and approval of applicable design elements through appropriate historical agencies. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor and materials, design as well as construction, installation, and performance in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) for B2263. All Questions and Assumptions must be submitted to the POCs of this solicitation as soon as possible, but no later than 1400 Central Time on 1 June 2026. Attachment 01 has been amended, and changes are in green font. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Site Visit date to Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 0830. Questions and Assumptions will be due ten (10) days following the site visit.
