THE PROPOSED DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT INCLUDES THE DEMOLITION OF FIVE BACHELOR ENLISTED QUARTERS BUILDINGS AND WILL PROVIDE BY REPLACEMENT BILLETING CAPACITY OF 565 TWO-PERSON ROOMS TO SUPPORT 1,130 PERSONNEL AT MARINE CORPS BASE (MCB) CAMP LEJEUNE AND MARINE CORPS AIR STATION (MCAS) NEW RIVER.THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS FOR PHASE ONE FACTORS 1-4 ONLY.
