The U.S. Army War College, through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Carlisle Barracks, is seeking sources for hotel accommodations and related services to support the National Security Staff Ride (NSSR) educational trip in the Washington, DC area for the Army War College Class of 2027, with option years through 2028. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Army War College, MICC - Carlisle Barracks - Products/Services Requested: - Hotel accommodations within 4 miles of the White House and near a Metro station - 240 single room nights (60 Day 1, 90 Day 2, 90 Day 3) - 332 double room nights (166 Day 2, 166 Day 3) - 2 suite room nights (1 each on Day 2 and Day 3) - Operations center facility (1 per day, 4 total) equipped for 7-12 people with tables, chairs, TV, refrigerator, telephone line, and high-speed internet - Baggage area (1 on Day 2, 1 on Day 4; minimum 1,900 sq ft, secure, near operations center) - Hotel security and risk assessment (risk assessment two weeks prior, compliance with Army security regulations, privacy of government personnel data) - Parking for 4 fifteen-passenger vans and 1 minivan (Days 1-4) - Loading/unloading for 1 motor coach (Day 1) and 9 motor coaches (Days 2 and 4) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Hotel must be 3-star or better - Proximity to White House and Metro station - Security and privacy compliance per Army regulations - Operations center and Commandant suite required - Secure, lockable baggage area - No specific OEMs or hotel brands are named in the solicitation - Full requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This contract seeks to provide Lodging for the U.S. Army War College Class of 2027 National Security Staff Ride (NSSR) Washington, DC Educational Trip.

The service must be performed in or near the Washington DC metropolitan area.

Unique requirements are the need for an operations center, suite for the Commandant, parking spaces and baggage areas as found on the IGCE.
