Description

The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is soliciting bids for Elevator Maintenance and Repair services for two DPS offices: Austin Headquarters and Florence TTC. The contractor is required to provide all labor necessary to perform services including preventive maintenance, minor adjustments, responding to trouble calls, retrieval of objects from elevator pits, and both minor and major repairs. The contract term is five years with a possible six-month extension. The contractor must comply with all specified terms and conditions and provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work and applicable regulations.
