The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is seeking information from potential sources for Enterprise Contracted Logistics Sustainment Support (ECLSS) services. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Robins Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Services Requested: - Enterprise Contracted Logistics Sustainment Support (ECLSS) services - Materiel management, warehousing, and supply chain management (SCM) at the enterprise level - Technical sustainment support for weapon system inventory - Use of DoD-approved logistics systems (e.g., ALMSS, D200, D035, D043) - Transportation and distribution to over 30 global sites - Personnel must have Secret or Top Secret security clearances - Excludes foreign companies from participation - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Enterprise-level logistics and sustainment support for weapon systems - Multi-stakeholder cost-sharing models are of interest - Majority of work at Robins AFB, with some travel to CONUS and OCONUS field sites - Anticipated contract is IDIQ with a five-year period (one-year base, four option years, and a possible six-month extension) - Personnel must use DoD-approved logistics systems and meet security clearance requirements

Description

The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the expertise and capabilities to meet the qualification requirements to provide the services needed to support the Enterprise Contracted Logistics Sustainment Support (ECLSS) services at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The preponderance of work will be perfomed at this location with occasional travel requirements to support field sites in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The Government is establishing an enterprise approach for accomplishing effective Supply Chain Management (SCM) to provide global logistics support to the war fighter. The ECLSS performance tasks include functioning as the Service Provider (SP) at the enterprise level for Materiel Management, Warehousing, and related SCM activities as identified by the weapon systems. Additionally, technical support of sustainment activities associated with product support of weapon system inventory of the kind provided by a sustainment equipment specialist will be required.
