The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for a contract to provide A&E Structure Construction Services. The contract term is estimated to be three years with an estimated value between $2,681,324.80 and $3,351,656.00.
