Description
The Department of Interior (DOI), Wildland Fire Programs at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) in Boise, Idaho anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following repairs in the 410A-ITS Facility. NIFC 410A-ITS Lighting Replace: The U.S. Department of Interior has a requirement for construction within a building to align it with current operational needs and to bring the space up to code. This includes modifications to interior walls, selective demolition, replacing the lighting, floor, and ceiling finishes, coordination with the modular furniture systems layout, and associated mechanical and electrical system changes. The estimated period of performance is 220 days. The building will be unoccupied for a maximum of 180 days within this period.All work will be detailed within the specific contract documents that will be posted with the solicitation on SAM.Gov. Project Location: The site is located on the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) campus, Boise, Idaho, at 3833 S. Development Ave Boise, ID 83705.The DOI anticipates issuing a Total Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation on or about June 2026. The DOI anticipates issuing a single firm-fixed price award from this solicitation. The construction work is anticipated to begin Immediately upon award from the stated solicitation.
