This solicitation is for a two-year contract to supply hand tools to the Jefferson Parish Department of Public Works and all other agencies and municipalities within Jefferson Parish. All tools must be manufactured in the United States and be 100% domestic, including raw material acquisition, manufacturing, assembly, and distribution. The tools must be heavy duty industrial grade meeting ANSI, DIN, ISO, Federal, and AS954 specifications and carry a full unlimited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Delivery will be made to specified Jefferson Parish warehouses, and the vendor must make weekly visits to these warehouses to facilitate warranty replacements.
