Description

The Idaho Transportation Department has requested an exemption from competition for the purchase of Jaltest vehicle & equipment diagnostic Licensing and software maintenance. This exemption, if approved, may allow procurement with limited or no competitive process. Suppliers are invited to review the request and provide relevant information to support or contradict the claim that competition would be impractical, unreasonable, or disadvantageous to the State. All information must be submitted prior to the closing date to be considered by the DOP Administrator.
