Description

Harmony Public Schools (HPS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced and independent Roof Consulting Service Firms to provide annual roof inspection services and professional independent roofing consulting services for HPS campuses located throughout the State of Texas. The selected consultant(s) will serve as independent third-party advisors and must be separate from any roofing contractor, manufacturer, distributor, or material supplier, and must not perform roofing repair or replacement work for HPS.
