Description

The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a responsible contractor to provide labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and all incidentals necessary to furnish and install a new York Chiller Model: YLAA0120 (or approved equal) at Cambridge (AFRC), 505 Spirit River Dr. South, Cambridge MN 55008. The furnishing and installation shall follow all specifications as detailed in the solicitation documents including Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work, and related project plans and drawings. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Cambridge Armed Forces Reserve Center. Questions must be submitted by May 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
