Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified service providers for the maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, servers, and peripheral devices on an annual contract for the Department of Information Technology. The service provider will maintain all such equipment on a countywide basis. The contract requires the service provider to provide timely maintenance with on-site response times of four hours or better, including parts, labor, and travel. Proposals must be submitted by June 10, 2026, and must meet insurance requirements with an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.
