Description

The Muncie Ivy Tech Campus is seeking qualified bidders to perform annual preventative maintenance and routine repairs for the HVAC systems located in the Ball and Cowan Road buildings. The contract will be active from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The awarded bidder will be issued the College's Professional Services Agreement to execute the contract. Bidders must submit proposals by June 5, 2026, and are encouraged to review the attached draft agreement and related documents.
