The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), under the Department of the Navy, is soliciting firm fixed-price quotes for adapter hoistings, weapons, and beams to support FY 2026 requirements. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Field - Products Requested: - Adapter Hoistings Weapons LH (2 units, P/N 4156AS0305-1) - Adapter Hoistings Weapons RH (2 units, P/N 4156AS0305-2) - Adapter Hoisting (4 units, P/N 4156AS0340-1) - Adapter Hoisting Beam (2 units, P/N 4156AS0356-1) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named in the solicitation; full and open competition is allowed - Notable Requirements: - All products must be Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant - Vendors must provide country of origin and technical documentation for evaluation - Unique item identification per DFARS 252.211-7003 is required - Delivery and inspection will occur at Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Webster Field, Saint Inigoes, MD - Quantities and part numbers are clearly specified for each line item - Quotes must be submitted electronically via SAM.gov

Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Gabrielle McKee at gabrielle.l.mckee2.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00PM Eastern Time on 5/27/2026.

Solicitation N0042126Q1180 is issued as a Full & Open procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a Full & Open basis. for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 8.405-6(b)(1).

Offeror's must be submitted through SAM to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

** VENDORS MUST BE TAA COMPLIANT** and PROVIDE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN ON QUOTE This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made based on lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
