The City of Bellaire, Texas is seeking proposals for comprehensive on-call pavement and storm sewer repair services to support municipal infrastructure needs. - Government Buyer: - City of Bellaire, Public Works Department, Purchasing/Contracts Coordinator - Products and Services Requested: - On-call repair and maintenance for reinforced concrete streets, curbs, gutters, driveways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and storm sewer systems - Asphalt overlays, street base repairs, speed humps (asphalt and boltdown rubber), and pavement markings (various widths and types) - Storm sewer inlet construction, removal and replacement of manholes, inlets, culverts (12" to 36" diameters), and storm sewer pipes - Site restoration including grading, sodding, hydro mulch, irrigation repairs, and material disposal - Video (CCTV) storm sewer inspection, cleaning, root removal, and ditch cleaning/grading - Traffic control, crack sealing, fog sealing, slurry sealing, and panel lifting (mudjacking) - Installation and connection of storm sewer inlets, and replacement of traffic and street name signs - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide 24/7/365 emergency response capability - Minimum three years of experience in municipal storm water drainage and concrete/asphalt/thermo striping service and repairs - Compliance with city safety and operational regulations - Contract term through September 30, 2027, with up to four one-year renewals and capped annual price increases - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Estimated contract value is approximately $1,000,000 per fiscal year
