Description
This solicitation is for a Dam Safety Review (DSR) of the Vermilion Dam and its appurtenant structures. The review includes assessing dam safety deficiencies, non-conformances, and operations, maintenance and surveillance issues, with recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation. The DSR must comply with specified regulations and guidelines including the Alberta Dam and Canal Safety Directive and Canadian Dam Association guidelines.
