Description

The City of San Leandro is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call consulting services for solid waste and diversion programs. The scope includes regulatory compliance, program planning and implementation, data management, public outreach, and related technical services to support solid waste, recycling, and organics programs. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through task orders over a five-year period. Firms with experience in California solid waste regulations, including Senate Bill 1383, and multi-jurisdictional service environments are encouraged to apply.
