The scope includes supplying OEM or OEM-approved parts, performing general repairs to maintain equipment per OEM specifications, system evaluation contracts for periodic site visits and recommendations, and preventive maintenance agreements. Proposals will only be accepted from companies certified or licensed by the OEM. The contract term is one year with options to renew for four additional one-year periods.
