Description

This project involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform specific repairs of drains at the North Ramp of the Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC). The work includes demolition to remove concrete traffic slabs, subsurface drains, and expansion joints, as well as conducting ground-penetrating radar scans and instrument-level surveys. The scope also covers installing cast-in-place concrete aprons, subsurface drain assemblies, handhole frames, applying waterproofing systems, expansion joints, drainage composites, sealers, and performing flood tests.
