Description

The Houston Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and organizations for special education services including Independent Education Evaluations (IEE), evaluation services, special education service providers, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist services. The project term is from August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond August 13, 2029. Vendors must become HISD Approved Vendors by responding to this solicitation and meeting all requirements including insurance and HUB program compliance. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on May 28, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 27, 2026.
