The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive testing, maintenance, and repair services for three Cleaver-Brooks wet tube boilers at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center - Managed by Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) in Ridgeland, MS - OEMs and Vendors: - Cleaver-Brooks (OEM for the boilers) - Products/Services Requested: - Testing, maintenance, and repair services for three Cleaver-Brooks wet tube boilers and associated safety equipment - Semi-annual and annual inspections, testing, calibration, and adjustments of boilers, burners, safety devices, instrumentation, emission control systems, and SCADA systems - Emergency repair services (up to $50,000 annually) - Service calls with 2-hour response and 24-hour onsite service - 40 hours of administrative services annually (SOP development and operator training) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Technicians must be Cleaver-Brooks certified with at least five years of experience - Contract is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Includes a base year plus four one-year option periods - Work performed during normal business hours, excluding federal holidays
