Description
The solicitation is for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) services for the OCME Expansion & Renovation project located at 11 Shuttle Road, Farmington, CT. The project involves a two-story addition of approximately 20,000 SF, a full-gut interior renovation of the existing 31,800 SF building, selective envelope renovations, and site renovations including a new forced main, addition of a Sally Port, and a direct connection to Route 4. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner building is approximately 40 years old and requires upgrades to meet current needs for additional autopsy rooms, coolers, and supporting spaces. The procurement is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and is open to all vendors with a net 30 days payment term.
