Services are to be provided on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The successful offeror must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and maintain proper licensing. Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 28, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting held virtually on May 11, 2026.
