Loudoun County, Virginia is seeking preventative maintenance, repair, and emergency services for compressed breathing air systems at its Fire and Rescue Stations. - Government Buyer: - Loudoun County, Department of Finance and Procurement, Division of Procurement - OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): - 3M/Scott Safety (Scott) - Municipal Emergency Services (MES) - Bauer - Vendors must: - Be authorized and certified to service Scott, MES, and/or Bauer systems - Provide manufacturer verification of technician certification for each OEM - Products/Services Requested: - Preventative maintenance for Scott 7500 Connect (10HP and 20HP), Scott HushAir Slip-in (20HP), MES RevolveAir (10HP), Bauer Vertecon VEC13-E3 and VEC25-E3 units - Hydrostatic testing of UN/ISO/DOT air storage cylinders (11 units) and SCBA cylinders (1280 units) - Quarterly air testing and CO monitor calibration (9 units) - Labor for regular and emergency/after-hours repairs (estimated 20 and 10 hours, respectively) - Consulting services for Adult Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center (separate line item) - Notable Requirements: - Proof of OEM authorization and technician certification is mandatory - Bidders may be awarded contracts by product make/model and service capability - Percentage discounts on repair parts for each OEM requested - Detailed documentation, service-completion stickers, and adherence to manufacturer service recommendations required - Estimated contract duration is multi-year, with annual service frequencies and up to four one-year renewal options
