Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce is postponing the deadline for issuing the final determination in the less-than-fair-value investigation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules from India until September 10, 2026. The provisional measures are extended from a four-month period to a period of not more than six months. This action follows a request by exporters and producers accounting for a significant proportion of exports of the subject merchandise. The investigation period covers July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.
