Anne Arundel County is seeking construction services for major upgrades at Crownsville Memorial Park: - Demolition of the existing Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) and construction of a new 555 GPM wet-pit submersible SPS - Includes precast structures, sewage pumps, piping and valves, flowmeter, sewage grinder, odor control system, and precast concrete control building - Installation of ventilation equipment, electrical switchgear, transformers, service and distribution equipment, lighting, instrumentation and control equipment, variable frequency drives (VFDs), emergency generator, and transfer switches - Construction of approximately 20,350 linear feet of 8-inch DR 11 HDPE sewer force main (FM) and related items - Add/alternate bid item for decommissioning the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Project is prevailing wage eligible and open to all qualified vendors - Emphasis on comprehensive site work, electrical, mechanical, and civil construction capabilities

Description

This project involves the demolition of an existing Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) and the construction of a new 555 GPM wet-pit submersible SPS with associated equipment and structures. It also includes the construction of approximately 20,350 linear feet of 8-inch DR 11 HDPE sewer force main (FM) and related items. Additionally, there is an add/alternate bid item for the decommissioning of the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The project is located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and is prevailing wage eligible.
