The U.S. Department of Commerce initiated these investigations on January 20, 2026, with preliminary determinations originally due by June 9, 2026. The postponement extends the deadline by 50 days to July 29, 2026, to allow for a more thorough investigation and additional data collection. The petitioner, the American Trailer Manufacturers Coalition, requested the postponement to facilitate this process. The final determinations will be issued 75 days after the preliminary determinations unless further postponed.
