Description
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for its Radio, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), and Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) systems. These services are critical to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transit operations over a five-year contract term. The contract includes maintenance for on-bus systems, handheld radios, fixed site equipment, software/firmware updates, installation and removal of APC equipment, and repair services.
