The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for its Radio, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) / Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), and Automatic Passenger Counter (APC) systems. These services are critical to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable transit operations over a five-year contract term. The contract includes maintenance for on-bus systems, handheld radios, fixed site equipment, software/firmware updates, installation and removal of APC equipment, and repair services. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 25, 2026, and will be evaluated based on project approach, qualifications, staffing, and cost.
