Description
The City of Coalinga is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified airport engineering consulting firms to provide professional design engineering services for the replacement of the Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) at the New Coalinga Municipal Airport. The selected consultant will assist with FAA Airport Improvement Program grant coordination, engineering design, preparation of plans and specifications, bid support, regulatory coordination, and related airport improvement services. The procurement follows qualifications-based selection procedures in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 and Brooks Act requirements.
